Talent Acquisition & Impact Manager
Rose Alustath serves as the Talent Acquisition & Impact Manager at GGateway, bringing over six years of experience in team leadership, project management, and talent acquisition from working with local and international organizations. In her role, Rose is instrumental in building youth capacities, advancing career development, and facilitating talent acquisition for GGateway’s business clients. Additionally, she manages grants and nurtures strong relations within the Gaza ICT sector.
Rose graduated with honors, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from Abu Dhabi University in 2010. Further augmenting her skills, she also holds a diploma in Business Project Management and Fundraising. With her robust expertise and commitment to talent development, Rose plays a key role in GGateway’s mission and its continued success.
