Rami’s tenure at the UNRWA – Gaza Field Office as a Systems Engineer for over a decade has been instrumental in his professional growth. There, he managed a complex network of users and ICT assets, showcasing his technical prowess.
His extensive knowledge is certified by industry leaders such as Microsoft, CompTIA, and Cisco. Notably, Rami has been a Microsoft Certified Trainer since 2004, leading over 3,000 training sessions in Network, Security, and Server Administration.
Complementing his technical expertise, Rami also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, reflecting his solid managerial skills.
