Bodor El-Farra is the Capacity Building Coordinator at GGateway and is an essential member for the company’s social mission. Bodor is a Computer Systems Engineer who graduated from Al Azhar University in Gaza in 2013.

Bodor is responsible for preparing and developing GGateway’s manpower to be easy-to-adapt and employable for both local and regional markets through strategizing the available assessed skills and knowledge. In addition, Bodor focuses on what it takes to grow and retain skills in aspects of learning, training, skill-building, mentoring, and on-the-job experiences to match GGateway’s vision and people career development.
